Portfolio project · Pricing and packaging
A pricing model with every formula on screen.
I built this workbench to run a pricing analysis in two directions. The first module forecasts revenue and margin before a price or package changes. The second splits a forecast miss into volume, mix, and price once results are in.
Module 1
Evaluate a change
Eight steps from decision to validation, for two kinds of change: a bundle of two to four products with any mix of pricing models, and a subscription price change.
Choose a scenario →
Module 2
Explain a miss
Forecast compared with actual and split into volume, mix, and price, including a separation of list price changes from discounting. A nine-step checklist then narrows down the cause.

Every term is defined once
Each label has an info bubble with a definition, a formula, a worked example, and the main way the term misleads. The glossary page shows the same list.
Formulas are on screen
Each result appears as a row of input fields with the operators between them. An automated test fails if a displayed formula and the calculation engine disagree.
Every assumption has a source
List prices are cited. Every other input is marked as an estimate until data replaces it. Details are in the methodology.
